Online Payments

Lifted Wing Massage is growing! We now accept payments online!!! Please visit our Appointments Page for a completely User-Friendly Experience as you schedule and pay for your massage at your leisure. Once your payment is complete, please leave your Receipt Number in the Notes section of the calendar. You will receive a generated email receipt for your payment.

Payment Over the Phone

Appointments taken over the phone will also be required to pay in advance; we will no longer accept payments after services are rendered.

Appointment Confirmation

Please note, our software does not offer an automatic confirmation. If you would like a confirmation of the appointment you have scheduled, please text 479-685-7439 with your Full Name and Receipt Number. As always, you will still receive a text reminder the night before the appointment.

Groupon (Living Social) Vouchers

If you are scheduling your appointment online, please enter your 5-8 Digit Voucher Number (Typically located below the bar code when viewing your vouchers- please do not enter the 20 digit “LG” number or your order number) in the “Notes.” This is considered your “payment.” If you do not enter your voucher number, the appointment will be removed. The same cancellation/ rescheduling policies for cash payments apply to vouchers. Yes, the calendar stays full, so it is recommended you schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Because of this, we will honor any Expired Voucher up to one month after it’s expiration date. After that time, the Voucher becomes a 50% Coupon. Certain exceptions may apply at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

At Lifted Wing Massage we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

  • In most cases, a 48-hour advance notice is preferred when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services. Please contact us and we will reschedule this appointment one time for you.
  • If you are unable to offer the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you forfeit the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee (this includes delayed or cancelled flights).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancelled appointments.
    Certain exceptions may apply at our discretion.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. The full charge still applies for their “missed” appointment.
